阴文娅，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，主要研究方向：食物营养与疾病防治。

主讲课程“食品科学”、“膳食制备与餐饮管理”、“健康膳食设计与制作”、“营养与食品卫生学实践”，“舌尖上的健康”，“健康膳食实践”等多门本科生课程，主讲中国大学MOOC《食物营养学》，参加研究生课程“营养与疾病”以及留学生课程“Preventive Medicine”等课程讲授。 发表文章80余篇，参编教材2本，参加制定国家标准2项，申请专利3项。
