2007年毕业于西南大学心理学院，从事儿童青少年心理健康促进方面的工作；2013年博士毕业于四川大学华西临床医学院心理卫生中心，从事心理健康促进工作十年，尤其擅长于儿童青少年心理卫生，健康促进和职业心理健康方面；2021年-2023年在伦敦国王学院医学院儿童青少年精神病学系访学；四川省科学技术带头人后备人选，曾获得四川大学五粮春青年社科之星奖。
